Below you will find a spreadsheet with clickable checkboxes for options that indicates what comes standard with your guitar, and what costs extra. Please remember that if there are any options you want, but don't see listed on the sheet, contact me at info@machinaguitars.com and I'll be more than happy to see if I can get what you want, and make it work with my designs.

For some reason, the click-boxes aren't exporting from Google Sheets to xls. If you open this in Google Sheets, highlight all the cells that say "False" (they are supposed to be checkboxes), then click on "insert" on the top tabs, then click "Tickbox". This should correct the issue, and you will be able to click those and have the total tallied for you at the bottom. If for some reason this button below is broken and not downloading the file for you, please email info@machinaguitars.com and I'll provide a copy as soon as I see the email.

HOW TO ORDER

Once you have filled out the above form, please export the spreadsheet as a pdf, then email a copy to info@machinaguitars.com along with any special requests you may have.

Alternatively, you can skip the sheet and just email me and we can go through your build preferences over email

I apologize for the inconvenience of having to fill out the form. Once I can, I'll hire someone to rebuild the website with the ability to facilitate the transaction without leaving Machinaguitars.com.

Please note: An invoice for 100% of the purchase will be issued on all guitars under $4,000 CAD, and a 50% deposit is required on all guitars over $4,000. Once the materials are purchased for your guitar, the deposit will not be refunded.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once I've reviewed the Order Form you submitted, I will send you an email confirming all the options you requested, and address any special requests you may have. Once we have everything figured out, the following will happen:

1. I will issue an invoice for 100% of all guitars valued under $4,000 CAD, or a 50% deposit invoice on all guitars over $4,000 CAD.

2. When that is paid, I will issue a receipt, then purchase the materials required. In cases where rare woods are involved, I will let you know when I am going to be at my wood supplier (outstanding selection) so that you can be part of the wood selection process if you'd like. Be aware that if I don't already have the wood you're looking for in my shop, it will need to acclimatize for 2 weeks - 1 month in my shop before I can safely work with it, otherwise you get stuff twisting around and doing all kinds of wacky things.

3. I will then build your guitar, which will take 1 - 3 months depending on your selected options (French polish REALLY increases deliverable time). If you would like, I can send picture updates as your build progresses.

4. If applicable, when the guitar is 2 weeks away from being ready to ship, I will send an invoice for the final 50% of the sale price. When that invoice is paid, I will issue a receipt confirming final payment (the invoicing system will also give you a receipt upon payment, but I'll give you a final statement showing everything paid in full) then ship your guitar the fastest way possible.

5. Wait for the delivery

6. Congratulations! You now own a Machina! Play it, love it, then go leave a review somewhere!

SHIPPING METHODS

1. Your guitar will be shipped in the fastest method possible with full value insurance. It will be shipped COD (cash on delivery), meaning that you will pay the shipping when it's delivered. I will get a shipping quote for your location before you agree to buy anything.

2. You can arrange to have your own courier pick the guitar up from me and have it delivered to you.

Please be aware that I will not warranty shipping damage. The condition of your Machina will be extensively documented at the UPS Store I deal with, and the pictures/video will be sent to you, and archived on my end.

In this situation, it is an insurance issue, not a warranty thing. That is why I ship with full replacement insurance and let the UPS Store do the final inspection and packing. It's unlikely that anything will get damaged as these guitars are built solid, but it's always good to have things covered.

FINAL 50% DISCLAIMER

If final payment is not received within 3 months of the final invoice date (there will be multiple attempts to contact you), your guitar will be sold, and you will lose your deposit. I unfortunately don't have room to store extra guitars that people forgot about. I can't imagine a world where someone pays for half a guitar, then just disappears, but I figured I'd get out in front of this.

If any of the above requires further clarification, please feel free to contact me at info@machinaguitars.com and I'll be happy to clear it up.
