SHIPPING INFORMATION

All guitars from Machina are shipped expedited through UPS. A signature will be required when accepting your guitar from the courier. Full value shipping insurance is included on all shipments, so it is imperative that you inspect the package upon arrival for any possible shipping damage. If there is any noticeable damage that might indicate further damage to the guitar inside, please take pictures both close up and of the entire package that include the damage. Repeat this process if there is any damage to the guitar itself. If the guitar has been damaged and needs to be replaced, send me the photos and I will get the claim started and get you a new axe. I do not do repairs unless it is something that will not effect the resale value, but let's be real here - once you have a Machina, you'd sell your kids on Kijiji before you even considered selling the guitar.

In the event that an insurance claim is needed, you will not be expected to pay anything above what you have already paid. I will handle the return shipping, and shipping of a new instrument back to you. The guitars will be properly wrapped inside the case, the case is wrapped in bubble wrap, then snuggly double boxed and marked FRAGILE. I expect the guitars will be safe, but just in case, I got ya covered.
